Description

Maine-built, Jim Taylor–designed, and looked after the way a Sabre deserves. Seajab has spent most of her life under cover, and it shows: paint and brightwork are sharp, the deck is solid underfoot, and the hardwood-veneer interior reads as careful use rather than hard miles. The Westerbeke 32 hp diesel shows just over 1,400 hours.

The 362 is the sweet spot in Sabre's line — quick enough to be fun, forgiving enough to cruise with a crowd. The wing keel draws only 4'8", which opens up the thin water in Casco Bay and Down East that deeper boats have to sail around, and the folding two-blade prop keeps her moving under sail.

She's set up for real cruising without the systems that turn a weekend into a maintenance list: propane stove with oven, pressure water plus a manual backup at the galley, hot water off the engine or shore power, three AGM batteries with inverter/charger, and a well-organized panel with everything labeled. Electronics include Raymarine chartplotters at the helm and nav station, Furuno radar, autopilot, and depth/speed/wind. Harken furler on the jib, recently fitted dodger, bimini.

Bright, well-ventilated, and honest. We're selling only because two small kids have changed what our summers look like — she deserves someone who'll use her. New grey water custom tank and head unit. New Garmin radio. New batteries.
