Description

1990 Pearson 27' Pearson - only 2 owners. Westerbeke engine serviced annually by licenced technicians (hours on engine unknown, but as the sailing was only done close to the shore ok Lake Erie). New head in 2015. Sails replaced in 2019 with moderate use. Genoa size for the headsail. All cushions in tact and in good condition. Port gaskets and screens replaced 2022. Front hatch replaced 2021. Bottom repainted in 2023. Winter storage prep and engine maintenance done by RCR Yachts employees.
