The Pearson 303 is described as one of the roomiest and most comfortable cruising sailboats to be found. An ideal boat for the family. "Chinook" is a safe and comfortable, even during challenging weather and sea states while sailing Lake Michigan, Huron, and the North Channel into Canada, Her shallow draft permits enjoying the numerous "gunk holes' and inlets of the Great Lakes.

The boat is US Coast Guard documented.

As the owners have aged out of cruising, they are highly motivated to pass on ownership and enjoyment of "Chinook".
