Guest Stateroom: Oversized double V-Berth with hullside shelves to port and teak fishing rod holders to starboard, cabinetry and storage under the berth, hanging locker with shelves, hullside chart locker, teak book rack and gear hammock.
Guest Head: Head with mirrored vanity S/S sink, Raritan electric head w/built-in macerator, ample cabinetry for storage and a spacious shower area. This head can be accessed from the Salon as well.
Salon: To port and starboard are matching leather settee's. The starboard settee has been converted to a spacious sofa area wonderful for lounging and providing ample space as a sleeping berth. If you would like to convert it to a straight-line settee, that can be done as well with no problems all cushions are on the boat. Both the starboard and port hullsides have four overhead cabinets with a fiddled shelf between, storage cabinetry can be found under and outboard of both settee's. There is a large hanging locker portside. The large dining table opens to allow six people comfortably for dinner.
Galley: The galley is located portside of the companionway. This area is well positioned for safety while at sea and offers tons of storage space for provisioning. The galley is stocked with dishes, glasses, stemware and cooking utensils that will convey with the sale.
Nav. Station: A large dedicated nav station with a comfortable chair, flip top chart table, well laid out electronics, integral chart storage, file drawer, and overall ample storage.
Walk Through to Master Stateroom: Outboard is a nice work bench with a large cabinet below filled with tons of parts, tools, and basically anything you will need for cruising. It all conveys! This area is so great to make repairs and store all your needed tools and supplies. Above the work bench is a large cabinet and two storage drawers as well.
Engine Room: Across from the work bench through double doors is the engine room. This allows great access to the engine, generator, and pumps. This area is well lit and offers a large shelf housing more mechanical boat parts, filters, belts, misc. items.
Master Stateroom: Spacious athwartship queen berth with a custom tempurpedic mattress is surrounded by numerous storage compartments. Aft of the berth is a full starboard to port hullside storage area, drawer storage is located under the berth. To starboard is a large hanging locker, a three-drawer bureau next to the locker and a leather dressing seat below. There is an ensuite head with a Raritan electric head w/a built-in macerator, mirrored vanity with SS sink, shower, and more ample cabinetry for bath accessories.
General Overview: Beautiful and exceptionally well kept teak joinery work through out. Fresh brightwork makes the exterior "sparkle". Cockpit and decks are spotlessly kept. The full Isenglass or the full shade cockpit enclosure provides a complete "new room" to enjoy. Whether sailing in inclement weather or just relaxing at anchor you will definitely be comfortable in the cockpit.
